The SC&O Celonis project was a high-priority learning portal designed and executed end-to-end by me. From defining the workflow and user journey to crafting the complete visual system, I handled the entire design process.

I explored two visual directions — Mining and Snow themes. After client review, we finalized the Mining concept as it aligned strongly with the content narrative. The entire UI/UX flow was designed in Adobe XD, supported with custom illustrations created in Illustrator. All illustrations were designed by me, with references and selected assets sourced from Getty Images. The animated banner was developed using After Effects, where I resolved video looping and transition challenges to ensure smooth playback.

The portal followed Accenture branding guidelines and included structured interactions, intuitive navigation, and engaging visual storytelling. Due to the short timeline, daily progress updates and close collaboration with the development team were essential to ensure timely delivery.

The project was delivered successfully within deadline, highly appreciated by the client, and received an Encore Award for design excellence.

This project came with a very short turnaround time and high client expectations. In addition, the banner animation had video looping and transition cut issues that needed technical refinement. I also explored two visual themes — Mining and Snow — but after review, the Snow concept was rejected and we proceeded with the Mining theme.
