Animated and Interactive video

Industry Learning Story of Ann was a long-format interactive onboarding video designed to simplify complex processes for new joiners. To avoid overwhelming viewers with heavy content, I developed a character-driven storytelling approach with interactive navigation elements. The illustrated characters were sourced from Getty Images and styled and animated by me to create a cohesive visual experience.

The entire video was executed single-handedly — from concept development to animation and interactivity. Despite challenges like large file sizes, system crashes, and long rendering times, structured working sessions and technical optimizations helped ensure smooth delivery. The final output was highly appreciated by the client, leadership, and internal teams, and it received an award for its impact.

The project involved extensive content that risked becoming overwhelming in a traditional video format. Additionally, heavy file sizes and system crashes during rendering created technical challenges. Managing a full-length animated video single-handedly was also outside my usual comfort zone, as large-scale animation was not my primary forte.
