This project involved creating a series of seven phonetic-style leadership videos, developed in collaboration with cross-functional teams. When we first received the raw footage, it presented several challenges — poor audio quality, lighting issues, inconsistent sizing, and overall production limitations.

After initial brainstorming sessions, I developed the visual direction and animation approach, which was then followed consistently across the series. I led the creative execution, monitored progress, ensured quality checks, and coordinated timelines to deliver all videos on schedule.

The videos included word animations, small motion graphics, and custom illustrations to enhance clarity and engagement. Animation timing — especially for phonetic word transitions — required careful attention and precision, making it a technically demanding process. The final output was highly appreciated by the client, who loved the transformation and the consistent visual storytelling across all seven videos.
