This project was part of a Sustainability Learning Program focused on promoting a “Go Green” leadership initiative. The objective was to create an engaging leadership video with simple yet impactful animations that enhanced the message without overwhelming the content.

Despite receiving raw footage with quality limitations, I worked on improving the visual and audio presentation using After Effects and Premiere Pro. A clean line-based theme was maintained throughout the video, with subtle icon animations appearing alongside the speaker to reinforce key points. The project was completed in less than a week through structured planning, quick internal reviews, and fast feedback loops. The final output was highly appreciated by the client for its clarity, visual consistency, and engaging storytelling.

The project had a turnaround time of less than a week. Additionally, the raw footage quality was not ideal, requiring enhancements in audio, lighting, and overall presentation. Structuring the content flow — including intro, outro, and animation timing — while ensuring clarity and engagement was a key challenge.

I developed a clean line-based visual theme that carried consistently throughout the video. Subtle icon animations appeared alongside the speaker to reinforce key messages and maintain engagement. Using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator, I refined video quality, created intro and outro animations, and structured the content flow carefully. Regular reviews and quick feedback cycles with the team helped ensure smooth progress and timely completion.
